Membership Information
To become a member of our store, simply go to the Member Operations page and fill in the relevant sections. It is very important to provide accurate and complete member information to prevent communication and delivery issues. Please fill out the form carefully and completely to ensure the quick and reliable delivery of products and services.
Becoming a member is a quick and easy process and does not imply any obligations. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation
Members have the right to terminate their membership at any time. Once you cancel your membership, all relations with our site will be terminated.
To cancel your membership, please submit your request through our contact information page after logging into your account.

Membership Cannot Be Canceled in the Following Cases:

1. If less than 60 days have passed since the member's last order.
2. If a cancellation request is submitted from a different email address than the one registered.
3. If the member cannot be reached through their registered contact information.

Membership Will Be Canceled by Us in the Following Cases:

1. If the member sends or writes inappropriate messages or comments.
2. If there is an attempt at fraud.
3. If there is an attempt to harm the system or the ****** brand.

Member Security
All necessary precautions have been taken in our store to ensure the security of our members. In addition to these precautions, you are responsible for the security of your membership information. Do not share your login information with anyone, and avoid accessing the system from computers that may not be secure.

Alternative Address
Each member has the option to add an alternative address when completing an order, aside from their registered address. This feature allows you to send gifts to friends or use it when you are at a different address.
For example, you may use it during periods when you are located at a different branch of your company or staying at a summer house, or if you want the invoice to reach you while the order is sent to a friend.

Product Reviews
All members can write product reviews. Sharing your knowledge and experiences with other users makes shopping more enjoyable and informed. As customer reviews are unbiased and based on experience, they foster a more conscious shopping environment.
Things to consider when writing a product review: Make an effort to write respectful reviews towards other users and the product’s manufacturer, within the framework of general moral principles. Reviews are checked, and inappropriate ones will be removed from the system.
